About CoverSynx

CoverSynx is software for keeping track of vendors’ certificates of insurance. You add your vendors, send each one a link to submit their certificate, and the system reads what comes back, checks it against the requirements you set, and emails the vendor before their policy lapses. You get a summary of anything that needs attention.

It exists because the alternative — a spreadsheet, a calendar reminder, and someone remembering to chase — fails quietly. A certificate expires, nobody notices, the vendor keeps working, and the gap only surfaces when there is a claim.

CoverSynx assists verification. It reads certificates and flags what appears to be missing or expiring against the rules you configure. It does not certify that a vendor is insured, it does not confirm a certificate is genuine, and it is not a substitute for calling the broker when something looks wrong.

Certificate extraction is AI-assisted, which makes it fast and means it can be wrong. Every result is presented for you to confirm, and the original certificate stays on file.
